Neck Beads

Tulasi is considered to be a pure devotee of the Lord who has taken the form of a tree, and is very dear to Lord Krishna Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu (Krishna) likes to wear garlands made of Tulasi leaves

The correct way to wear  Neck Beads also known as Kanthi Mala or Mala  is that the mala should be wrapped around the base of the throat and should be clearly visible.

Tulasi beads worn around the neck indicate a devoteeā€™s surrender to the Lord, and therefore a person wearing tulasi beads is dear to the Lord.

The Kanthi-mala is worn permanently, for the beads protect one from bad dreams, accidents, attack by weapons and the servants of Yamaraja (Superintendant  of Death ) . Upon seeing the Tulasi-mala, the Yamadutas flee like leaves scattered by the wind.
If one wants eternal Life Insurance, they should wear Tulsi neck beads and never leave home without them. Tulsi neck beads are a symbol of being a Vaisnava devotee of the Lord. They are pure, beautiful and natural. Make sure your whole family is wearing them. One should be a vegetarian if they wear Tulsi.
